Anne Flint

Owner, Optical Dispenser

Anne started in the optical industry in 1979 (as a baby!) and worked for another optical practice for 26 years. She then decided to take a leap of faith, and with Huw, started Eye Style Optical 16 years ago. Anne is incredibly passionate about the optical industry and loves her practice in Ulverstone. In her spare time, Anne gardens, hops on the jet ski and spends time with Ian and her grandson Oscar (or a combination of all four). Ian is responsible for the fabulous photos and videos of our the window displays.

Huw Smallbone

Optometrist B.Sc F.S.M.C

Huw has a passion for all aspect of Optometry, originally training in the UK before starting Eye Style Optical with Anne in 2005. In his spare time he works on his new motor home, gardening and spending time with his two girls. Huw hopes to explore Australia in the coming years when he has completed his motor home.

Tracy Evans

Eye Stylist

Tracy started work in the optical industry 19 years ago. She followed Anne when she started Eye Style Optical 16 years ago. Tracy works part-time, but loves working in this industry and providing great customer service. On her days off, Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband in their holiday home at Swansea (lucky girl!) and spending time with her two beautiful granddaughters.

rebecca youd

Optometrist

Rebecca grew up in Devonport before studying Optometry in Brisbane. She loves being able to provide personalised eye care at Eye Style Optical. Rebecca is also passionate about Public Health Optometry, consulting at the Royal Hobart Hospital Eye Clinic and traveling to an Aboriginal Community in the Northern Territory twice yearly. Rebecca does like to escape the dark optometry room though on the weekend to go mountain biking, kayaking and spending time with Marty and their fur baby Denny.
